Appointments
In order to offer our clients prompt and convenient appointment times you will be asked for your credit card details at the time of booking an appointment and a £50 consultation fee.
Credit card details will be kept secure and NO charge will be made to this card unless you miss your appointment or you fail to give 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
Prices
Our listed prices are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation. Prices are subject to variation without prior notice.
- Consultations for all skin treatments and injectable procedures: £50
- Patch test for all Laser/IPL (redeemable against the treatment): £30
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 48 hours notice in order to reassign your appointment to another client.
Missed Appointments
This includes failure to turn up to your appointment or arriving late to your appointment so that your consultation and/or treatment cannot be carriedout.

Treatment Course Discounts
All treatments purchased as a course of treatments must be paid in full, at the time of your first treatment. All treatments must be taken within twelve months of the date of the first treatment. Any treatments which have not been taken by the first anniversary of the purchase date will be forfeited. All courses of treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If however you have paid for a course and are unable to complete the course for medical reasons, we will make a refund to you calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments taken, including those forfeited for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatments paid for and refunding the difference. In the event of short term/temporary side effects such as reddening, bruising, swelling, mild burning or blistering, hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation as well as rare side effects such as scarring and permanent discoloration we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment.
